Ms. Byrnes has 20 plus years of senior-level human resource experience. She is a graduate of Roosevelt University’s School of Business with a degree in Personnel Administration. Sandra was one of the first people in the U.S. to qualify for the designation of "Senior Professional in Human Resources" through the Society for Human Resource Management.

She developed the HR Mentor subscription service, which is the unique help line service that acts as a cornerstone of the outsourced HR department. The clients of Ms. Byrnes count on her in a wide variety of crisis situations, strategic human resource planning initiatives and consider her an indispensable part of their management team. Sandy’s prior experience include; Managing Principal of Human Resource Management Systems, Inc., Vice President of Human Resources for NBD Illinois, Regional Manager of Employee Relations with L.B. Foster Company.

Sandy is a nationally licensed race official for Sports Car Club of America and a former member of its Chicago Region Board of Directors. She currently serves as the President of Executive Connections, an organization of women executives and is a member of the Tooling and Manufacturing Association. She also served as the President of the Board of Education for High School District 214, and as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for the Evanston/North Shore YWCA and the Shelter for Battered Women.
